Returns 14 days
Return items within 14 days of delivery
Items can be returned within 14 days of the "delivered" status appearing on the track and trace.
We only accept returns if:
- The item is unused.
- The item still has its original, uncut label/tag.
- The item was purchased at no more than a 40% discount.
The costs and risks of returning items are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us with your order number and tracking number to initiate the return process.
Refunds 24 hours
Fast processing after inspection
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please be aware that for some card issuers, the refund may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
For items purchased with more than a 40% discount (including 40%), we will issue a credit note. The credit note is valid for 6 months.
Exchanges Limited stock
Return and reorder instead
Due to limited stock, we do not accept exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order to secure your favorite piece(s).
